So you think you are having a bad day?

Just be glad you aren't this dog.

Dog survives car injury, bullet to the head and freezer storage

A dog in California has survived being hit by a car, being shot in the head and being stuck in a freezer for two hours - all in the one day.

Dosha was first hit by a car in Clearlake and then shot by a police officer who was trying to put the animal out of its misery.

The dog was presumed dead and taken to an Animal Control centre, where she was put in a freezer.

However, a few hours later an official went to the freezer and found Dosha alive - but cold.

Animal groups have begun raising money to pay for her care.

Damn! Talk about a crappy day. Although I must say, with the amount of stress I've got sometimes because of finals, that doesn't sound like that bad of a trade...

Jeez... maybe the dog really had something to live for.

Of course, maybe he just wants to live to bite the motorist and the police officer in the *ss.

I feel bad for the dog.

In some ways I feel worse for the dog than I would a person, because at least a person has some idea what is going on, and why it is happening.

A dog on the other hand, has absolutely no idea, so it must be an incredibly terrifying experience for them.

Not saying it isn't just as bad, or even worse, when the same happens to a human, just putting things into perspective (for me anyway).

That's nothing! Just yesterday I was hit by lightning, run over by a semi, and fell off the Sears Tower. You don't see me complaining do you?!

(seriously, that's one REALLY lucky dog!)

I would be pissed at the cop for not finishing me off, I mean what is the cop that bad of a shot? I keep thinking of the cow found in the road in the movie "Me, Myself & Irene". haha.

It's sad that this animal fell victim to an endless barrage of unfortunate circumstances.. I wish the best for it.
