3 People, 3 Things.
 

My friend and I did this on a car ride once to pass the time-- If you were stuck on a desert island with only 3 people and 3 things, who/what would they be?
My thoughts--

People-
The Professor from Gilligan's Island-- Can build anything from coconuts (except apparently a BOAT? :confused: ).
McGuyver-- Can build anything with a pocket knife, and can smack the professor around if he's trying to build a radio instead a simple freakin boat.
A friend-- So I have something to do while I'm waiting on McGuyver and the Professor.

Things-
Coconuts-- For the professor.
A Swiss Army Knife-- All McGuyver needs.
A cookie-- Cuz let's face it, nothing beats a good chocolate chip cookie. Mmmm.... cookie....

3 People
-A cook - good food is a must
-A musician - entertainment is always a good thing especially if its the soothing sound of a sax
-A special person - to make the time fly by :)

3 Things
-Grill for cook
-Instrument for musician
-Comfy bed for me and special person

As big of a McGuyver and Gilligan fan that I am there will be no professors or other persons of craftiness. There would then be a chance that with their help the special person could escape :D

Originally, I thought of my wife, but the kids would need her, so:
1. A cook
2. A nurse (preferably female & cute)
3. A wilderness survival expert

Items:
1. A radio
2. A fishing pole
3. A pocket knife

ROFL! I wondered how long before someone chose birth control. But with such hunks on an island with you...... Procreate!:lol:

I'd grab a male friend, one female friend picked by each of us, and we'd take a crate of assorted guns, a crate of assorted ammo, and a crate of condoms. We could do the Gilligan's island thing for a while, and once we run out of either ammo or condoms, we would break the crates down and use the wood for rafts and paddles. I can make flares from shotgun shells, so we would be able to signal passing boats or planes. Alternately, we could make a pirate raft and commandeer a small fishing boat, which we could use as a means to commandeer a larger boat, which we could use to get ourselves to a pirate-friendly nation that wouldn't prosecute us or turn us over to international authorities.

I would take:

1 super duper smart eunuch

Can I bring historical figures? In that case I'd bring William Bligh of Bounty fame, because man, that guy could navigate. And also Ernest Shackleton, the polar explorer, for his badassery and stubbornness. And finally the Right Honourable Horatio Nelson, because I'd like to meet him. Otherwise, I'd pick three world leaders like Bush, Annan and maybe Putin so that everyone would be looking for us.

Stuff for the first case would be a boat, a sextant and a compass. For the second case, food, a deck of cards to while away the time and some tranquillisers if the world leaders start fighting or something.

3 People:
A Medical Doctor (when someone gets injured, this individual can fix the person)

A Marine (they are trained to kill and survive in any type of environment)

An Engineer (trained to build and fix objects)

The two people who hate each other use the swords to fight to the death while my best friend and I spectate over a bucket of popcorn. Since I'm going to be stranded, I might as well be entertained.
