I suppose if you had something to say on a subject in the ladies lounge, you could start a thread here on the same subject and say what you like.

Don't have an urge to post on the Ladies Lounge.

I respect their personal space.

Yep, self-preservation is a big one there. No need to piss anyone off. :) I just stay away, if the stuff on there is important enough, someone will bring it up here for additional discussion...

And no, they can't post there.
They could if they are transgendered, because they would be female.

I read the board all the time but never have a problem not posting there.

Ive been in there only a couple of times, I respect the privacy & if theres something specific I want to know Ill post in General (or wherever)
When I did go in there the one thing I noticed was that everyone in there is SooooOOOoooo nice. Not that the rest of you TFP's are cavepeople. Its just theyre so fucking polite.

I tried it once. It was ok. Magpie is right, they are very polite to each other. I thought about PMing one member about a topic they had started. Then I figured if they wanted my opinion they would have posted it on the main board. So, admins, how about a guys only smoking lounge?

but i think having to be silent is hard for some, so avoidance is prooly the easier way then. ;)

I'd go in, but my cock is too big.

I've gone in a couple of times but there isn't anything that interests me. After the first time I've only occassionally been back when I check other areas and don't find anything of interest. Then I go hoping that there is something that will kill a few more minutes of the day at work.

I fight the urge to post by simply not posting. If i read something there that teaches me something then I am a better person for it and hopefully can use that to help better my relationship with my fiance. If I read something don't agree with, I just continue on my way. The rules of the forum say female only posting, so i respect the rules, and everyone involved with tfp.

Respect and self control seem to work well for me.

don't actually read it myself... it's like when a whole load of my female friends get together - I know just to stay away!

I usually just don't go there at all. That's the best way to fight the urge.

It seems that there is always a thread about the Ladies Lounge. I'm beginning to wonder what the big deal is.

1) I visit the Ladies Lounge occasionally.
2) It is a chance to get some idea of what interests and perceptions the ladies have that they can't/won't express in a more general forum.
3) The rules say "No posting by men", so I don't post.
4) If there is a comment or thread of interest, I will either start a similar thread elsewhere or PM the lady to comment on it.
5) I always feel like a lurker, so I don't do it often.

I do have to agree with SiN. It's hard to keep silent. But if you can, you might learn something.

I don't go to the ladies' lounge. There are cooties everywhere.

Wow, some of you guys have crazy self control... If there were a guys-only board I would be unbelievably tempted to look. (Wouldn't post though. Rules are rules)

If there was something they wanted guy input on, they wouldn't post it in the Ladies' Lounge. I haven't even had an urge to read that board. I've heard if you do post, even in a helpful manner, you have an angry moderator on your hands, which is never a good thing.
