People falling over on Tele-Evangelical TV?
 

I've always wondered this. Are these guys really being moved by "God" to fall over uncontrollably or is it a total scripted hoax?

That shit is absolutely hilarious, and America Undercover on HBO did a show on that subject once, and determined that it was all a bunch of bullshit. Now they only covered one televangelist, but I've seen the one they covered all over religious television, he's one of the biggest, and he's an absolute fraud.

They are a hoax!

My Opinion:

The sad thing about the organization is the fact that it generates millions of dollars that goes to no-where but into Benny Hinn's own pockets. :mad:

He is the "the ultimate snake oil salesman preying on the divinely weak." He also has the worst comb-over.

Pick a real religion, and contribute to it with your donation and time.

I was raised in a penecostle home (the one that falls over and foams at the mouth, twitches, pitches babies from the balcony, etc.) and I never got that. I've had some guy smack me on the forehead, scream in my face, and expect me to fall over, never did though.

I think there's something wrong with them.

sheesh.. you'd figure after all the crap that went down in the 80's with PTL (Jim Baker and Tammy Faye) and Oral Roberts (his donate a million dollars or God will take my life) that people would be smarter than that....

this type of religion lately.....she went to this "OTHER"
church when she was very young---someone would
stand behind them while one of the elders stood in front
and pushed on her forehead....her question was...was I
supposed to feel something before I fell down???
