Not many people will stay in TFP ... just recently porn from the inside out was posted and many people signed up but few stayed. TFP always reverts back to the same old people posting for some reason ...

Here's a thought, instead of literally spamming for members (how has anyone treated this like it is a legitimate idea, by the way? FUCKING AWFUL NOTION), why not create some original content worth submitting to social media sites? Do a project, write an article, make a tutorial. Do SOMETHING worth linking to, that furthers intelligent discourse.

I think the idea is to use a username like "TiltedForumProject" and post responsibly and thoughtfully. If you're going to other forums and being good, that's a username that would generate some interest and theoretically drive traffic here. We've had similar "scams" run on on us that we've let slide mainly because the individual was someone that we wanted to keep around.

And some did.
