I have 4 scars on my chin and one on my high forehead all from different incidents and 3 of them in less than 2 months. I had an incredibly large growth spurt and would trip over cracks in the sidewalk. I was spiked in the face playing baseball.

I once cut the end of my index finger off..not a large piece...it happened at work during a major holiday break and there was nobody to replace me... so it was napkins and duct tape until I could get to a hospital 3 hours later...it was reattached.

My tattoos are prettier than my scars. And have better stories, in my opinion.

I had my appendix out. Scar.

I had my wrist opened for a ganglion cyst to be removed after unsuccessfully trying to break out of a wrist bar. Scar.

Various teen-angst self-mutilation scars.

Cut my knee open on a beer bottle in 5th grade while playing dodgeball. Scar.

Shaving my legs as a teen, something slipped, cut a chunk of skin out of my ankle. Scar.

Took a chunk of cement to the forehead when someone tried to dislodge a football from a tree with a piece of sidewalk. It didn't work. Scar.

I think that's it. I don't pay too much attention.

Nice stories.

I have a scar on my upper lip (diagonal from edge of upper lip direction right cheek) from an incident at my "Kindergarten" (daycare, I guess) involving me, my former best friend, and throwing a metal double-decker plane at each other.

Got a scar right across my chin (almost perfectly horizontal) when I chased after a prankster in school and ran face-first into a 2m gate.

Got three scars on my right hand (one on index finger knuckle, one on the primary joint of my middle finger, and between my pinky and ring finger) from hitting and breaking a glass window during a fight with a classmate. Didn't notice I was bleeding until one of the onlooking kids said "OMIGOD THERE'S BLOOD!".

Got 2 large scars on my right forearm from my dog Pringles a couple months ago. He's 6 months old now and a Central Asian Shepherd Dog/German Shepherd Dog mix with completely black fur, except for his chest area and the tips of his paws which are completely snow-white. I will post pictures of him soon.

I personally am very self conscious of the scars I have (and I have plenty)

The worst is I have about a two inch scar right across the middle of my forehead. People say to me it isnt that noticable, but it feels like it is to me.

I have two scars on my forehead from falling off my bike, rolling down a freshly gravelled hill, and said gravel embedding itself in my head. I was the ripe old age of 8.

I caught the chicken pox as a teen and had it pretty bad, I have 5 or 6 pox scars on my forehead, upper eyelid area, and nose. The one on my eyelid makes plucking my eyebrows a bitch.

I had a lumpectomy on one of my breasts when I was 15, the scar's about an inch long.

I have a pit in my back from a suspicious mole removal. It's my newest scar. Its about the size of a wooden pencil eraser.

Let's see....

Left knee I have 5 scars from 3 sepeate surgeries to reattach my knee cap and my tendons... Largest being 6 inches.. staples are odd to wake up to when your expecting stitches

Right calf I have a 8 inch scar from when I kicked through a glass box and cut my leg to the bone... 56 stitches

Right eyebrow 1 inch scar from my buddy dropping a glass window on my face... Most fun bleeding ever

Numerous ones on hands from various cuts

Have a chemicle burn on my knuckes from my time in the military
