What's that bulge in your pocket?
 

After inquiring as to "What's in your wallet", I pondered about the other crap that people carry around. After turning my own pockets out, I came up with the following;

A Zippo lighter
A Swiss Army knife
A Uniball gel pen
Two quarters, one dime, one nickel and three pennies. (two pennies now...one was a wheat penny.)
My cell phone
two Leggo pieces (that I picked up off of the hallway floor this morning)
Assorted lint and...I don't know what the hell that is.

So...assuming that you have pockets, and aren't sitting there in your underwear, what do you have in your pockets? Or, if you are sitting there in your underwear, what did you have in your pockets today?

Just a wallet and a buck in quarters.

Same thing I have every day, wallet, keys, cell, and a 3" Buck folder.

Keys with leatherman mini tool
Boker Rescom knife
Gerber Easy Out

As soon as I get my CCW I'll add a 9mm to this lineup and hopefully by then be able to delete a phone :)

I carry my leather jacket with me even if it's extremely hot outside, just because I love pockets. Especially when you can't see a bulge, or won't stick out in a weird way.
At any point I'll have:
Wallet in my front right pants pocket
Cell in the front left pants pocket
plastic bags for dog poop in my left back pants pocket.
Passport on my inside-rightside chest pocket in the jacket, sometimes a toothbrush.
Cigarettes or tobacco/rolling papers in my left side-inside chest pocket in jacket
My trusty MP3 player in my left jacket pocket. Headphones around my neck.
Lighter in my right jacket pocket.

Wallet (with a little cash, cards, a couple of stamps, and a Canadian quarter which cannot be spent in this country - so that I am never out of money)

Clean handkerchief (usually used for cleaning specs)

Mobile phone.

I don't put them in my pocket often, but also keys (car, house, and a little Leatherman tool).

It's my dick.

Seriously, I have my phone, keys and wallet in my pocket only, If you see a bulge, I'm thinking about your girl naked.

I never seem to have any pockets in any of my clothes. It must be because I wear skirts and dresses a lot, and don't wear jeans very often. If I do have pockets I usually don't put anything in them.

Right now, just chapstick. Normally, chapstick, my cell phone, cash. Sometimes, pack of cigs and a lighter.

Whats wrong with you people who have stuff in your back pockets ... uncle phil, keys, seriously? I had a wallet in my back pocket for at least a month or two, It did irreparable damage to my ass, I will never be the same again.

some of us just know how to wear stuff...and, yes, seriously, keys...i would never carry a wallet in my back pocket; wallets are for those side pockets in jackets and blazers - i carry a billfold...

Although I would never presume to speak for uncle phil, it may be a carry over from his military days. I do the same thing. People have asked me why, in the past. I really had no answer until one day it dawned upon me that when I was in the SAC Elite Guard we used to carry our keys in back pockets because our front pockets were sewn shut. It was habit that I still have to this day.

Why would they sew your front pockets shut?

When out here in the country I carry nothing in my pockets

When in the city I generally have my wallet in back pocket, gum in front right, cell phone in front left, and sometimes a Gerber foldable in the front right.

well Im in my underwear currently, but previously today I had some hard candy, a flash stick and my cell phone

I take things out of my back pockets when I'm sitting. At the bar or out dancing, though, I don't sit. So everything stays in the back pockets.

I try to keep as little as possible in my pockets. I carry a bag.

During the week, if I get any coins they will be in my front right pocket. They get dumped on a nightly basis. I also carry my wallet in my back right pocket.

During the weekend, it all goes in my small bag.

I don't like keeping crap in my pockets.

Air Force guys sew their pockets shut due to self control issues? Jesus... I thought the Hooah Airborne tough guy shit at Bragg was silly.

I carry my keys in my right back pocket, my wallet in my left back pocket, my cell phone in the left front, and my MacGyver kit in the right front with a folding knife. Idea is to keep the crucial gizmos for the nondominate (non-gun) hand. I can answer the phone and get cash while keeping my dominate hand ready to snatch the snubbie.

Even though I'm a righty, the wallet is on the back left so that I can present ID without drawing attention to any piece I may be carrying at the time. I learned that one the hard way. Turns out going for your wallet scares people when you're all Johnny OpenCarry.

I have a money clip/thin wallet, 2 small sets of keys, and a 3" CRKT in the front right pocket and my phone and chapstick in the left.

In front pockets, either left or right, at all times: Keys, cell phone, wallet.

Some times: MP3 player, camera. Chap stick when weather is dry.

I have no use for back pockets.

Seriously recommend the All-Ett to anyone who doesn't like feeling their wallet in their back pocket; it's so thin it's barely there, and turned sideways it's very difficult to pickpocket (and looks like you don't have a wallet).

Just checked out that wallet online. It would hold so much more than my current wallet and it's much thinner. :thumbsup:

Rightfront pocket: cellphone

leftfront pocket: scrunchie, chapstick




Everything else is in my purse.

left front pocket: cellphone
right front pocket: keys, and change if I have any on me
right rear pocket: wallet
I never carry anything else in my pockets
