If you have one and it's broken - meaning we can't see it - then the staff is going to delete it. If you aren't sure, log out and check your latest post and refresh the page.
This is a part of some general housekeeping stuff that we're doing as a part of the site redesign. We're not sending PM's to people when it happens because, honestly, it's a shitload of work as it is given that some of the broken ones go back years. If you find your avatar has been deleted, you're welcome to reload one that works. Questions? See above. It's pretty simple.
