Take only the code (hash) after the "v="

Here's how to use the MetaCafe tag (this one is tricky)

(you know the drill with the spaces)
If the URL is: http://www.metacafe.com/watch/422697/bugatti_veyron_on_top_gear/
Take both the numbered part of the URL and the title. Do not take the leading or trailing "/" - only the middle one. (422697/bugatti_veyron_on_top_gear)

I was wondering this myself. What are all the nifty little BB code implemented on this forum that isn't in the Advanced formatting options.
