Not exactly out of her mouth, but ...
This morning I took my near-4-year old swimming. As she was about to jump into the pool, I told her "hold your breath." She gave me a funny look, put her hands on her breasts, and jumped in. Either she thought I said "hold your breasts" and knows what they are called, or she was literally holding her breath.
