Absolutely. I have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars at newegg over the last couple years and I have never been disappointed with either their service or selection. Even with standard 3-day shipping, the stuff gets to my house fast--sometimes the next day!--and in the few instances something happened to arrive busted, it was quickly dealt with.

That being said, loyal for life? Probably not, but they're certainly first on the list when it comes to ordering all things pc.

Riley Plumbing - We had a shower that stopped giving hot water. The plumber came out and when he saw the brand of faucet he pulled out a pad of paper and wrote the instructions on how to get the part we needed for free and how to install it. He gave it to my wife and said "I can fix this, but if I do it as a plumber I will have to pay for the part you need and then I'll have to charge you. If you do it it will be free"

When I got home my wife gave me the paper, but I couldn't read the guys handwriting, so I called him and asked him to explain it to me. Instead he went to his own house and got his wife to go into the plumbing supply store and get our part, then he came and installed it for free.

Wow!!
I hope that you at least had the plumber, and his wife, over for dinner. :D

I like this thread. It's positive. There's a thread somewhere about your "worst customer service". It amazes me that some companies can stay in business. But this thread is its' antithesis. It's good to know that there are still people, and some companies, that go above and beyond for the customer. From a man that wears an old Waltham wristwatch, that I have to wind every day, and uses an old Gillette double edge safety razor, because everything else is just crap...this goes a long way.

I do notice some contradictory experiences, however. :( Oh well, such will always be the case, I suppose.
