Yes and no, If you're on welfare you have no place gambling. You need to be feeding yourself. Far as the casino goes they would be out of there mind to reject anybodys wallet.

My two cents: Casinos, when they exist as private businesses, are private entities and therefore should have the right to chose their customers as they see fit.

Ding ding ding! We have a winner. I would love to see some legislation about this, although I can't see how they would check to see who was on welfare. Just like I don't think food stamps should be able to buy Mountain Dew, Lucky Charms, Cheetos, and Banquet frozen dinners. People on food stamps eat more expensive food than I do... it drives me nuts.
