I was going to say thats a little harsh, but then she said "Why don't you getting a fucking job to pay for the gosh-darn bills". If he indeed had no job and only played games then maybe he deserved that shit.

Yeah, she said he's been on the couch for 2 months. I'm assuming that means he's been out of work for 2 months and has been spending more time playing video games than looking for a job while she takes the brunt of the bills.
