Is there an "end"? I got to the cave and "continue" four or five times and didn't really see any meaningful change in gameplay. What are we looking for here?

Edit: I realize this isn't supposed to be half life 3 or anything, but I was just curious if you can progress and win or if you pretty much just cycle through the same level avoiding the little baddies (except when they rape you horribly).

I suspect you aren't supposed to try to hard to avoid the tentacles...

I played this wacky game ages ago. I think I found it on Stile Project. Also played the guy's first game, which wasn't as fun, but had the same theme. Little naked chick trying to get away from the horny groping thingys of the jungle.
