He's huge in the UK. MTV guy, does a great podcast (how I heard of him) and I'd read his book "My Booky Wook"; it was an incredible read.
He is incredibly funny. Wordy. My kind of guy.

I love how he can be so funny right off the cuff. I'm a little bit put off by the fact that he has to be flamboyantly styled though. I like guys who are just like "excuse me, I'm trying to tell a joke" but his line at the MTV VMA's summed it up: "This only works because I'm famous."
