If you go to the next image in the gallery, you see it is a screenshot from 'cumonherface.com', which is not from the Czech Republic (the whois places it in California).

Doesn't look very comfortable to me, and seems like too much work. Plus, it reminds me of those machines Mr. Garrison invented in "South Park."

Then again, I'm not a fan of dildos, in general.
