Dragons is relatively new (their first album was released only 4 months ago), so there's not anything available on wikipedia yet. This user review, from Amazon, sums it up pretty well IMO...

This band draws from a variety of early "New Wave" influences, of which the most prominent is Joy Division - "Rememberance" for instance sounds like a cover of an unreleased Joy Division song, however I also hear similarities with Interpol on "Lonely Tonight" and "Obedience". Occasionally I can at times hear passages that remind me of Depeche Mode, Missing Persons and even Devo. Having said all that though, I think it's a bit hypocritical to attack acts like Dragons for imitating early New Wave artists. It is well known that many early New Wave vocalists blatantly imitated David Bowie. And Ian Curtis (of Joy Division) sounds to me like he's doing a Jim Morrison imitation much of the time. It wasn't until later albums that many of these acts broke free from their influences. In the final assessment - this is a solid record. If you like Joy Division, early New Order and some of the bands mentioned above - you'll get a kick out of this album.
