I was wondering what personal data is available from web-browsers. I know I've seen IP, ISP, browser version, what else?

I have actually been using BrowserHawk for a couple of years at the company I work for. Its a bit expensive, but its easy to code for.

As you can see its not really personal information that gets returned by the browser, its more technical information. Your name, email, etc simply can't get sent to the website your visiting.

Now that being said, when you click "yes" to all those pop up's you get while pr0n surfing, chances are your getting spyware installed on your computer. Once an application gets installed (under the right permissions), it pretty much can gather anything it once (including all your keystrokes).

Always use something like Microsoft Anti Spyware or Adaware or another spyware removal package on an internet accessible computer.
