So I finally got around to picking up Halo, and instantly got hooked, (much to my GF's disgust) right up to the point where the aliens disappeared and I started fighting the floating aphids and the rutabaga with legs. Is this it? Cause now I'm bored. Does anyone have any cheats? God mode would be good.

No.. Bungie has a firm "no cheats" policy I'm afraid. But finish the game...the story is awesome. And some of the best stuff is yet to come.

Just play through it. It'll be over before you know it... literally, I found it to be quite short!

Get 3 other friends to play with you. Makes it a million times better.

define "cheat"...there are things in the game, like glitches or hidden weapons that you have to work tirelessly just to acquire.

There is a "god mode" built into pretty much every game. Sometimes they remove the code before production (pressing??), but it makes testing the game and the boards SO much easier.

I have both Halo and Halo 2, in my opinion, that game is great, I always amaze myself while playing. The possibilities alone are just awesome.
