for anecdotes and opinions on hauntings, abductions, psychic powers, and other phenomena? (just saw the ghost story fine print in tilted paranoia.... i understand that they are both smaller sections, but do ghost stories and conspiracy/shadow govt. theories really go together?)

Only if you see esoteric studies as little more than a mixture of superstition and urban legends. Everyone is entitled to their own views, and the TFP is good site for so many other things, I don't mind having to belong to a separate site for esoteric stuff.

I can live with conspiracy theories being grouped with esoteric studies, because I understand that all the things involved are less than scientific and typically fringe beliefs. However, I would maybe suggest a rename? Paranoia has such negative connotations. Maybe make it Tilted Psuedoscience, Tilted Unknown, or T-Files or some such?

i think tilted paranormal would be better than paranoia if they're going to be grouped together, but that's just nitpicking i guess.
