I won't get excited until I see the reviews. Everyone knows how Star Wars games are...they all look cool in the previews, but most of them end up sucking really really bad. Hell, KOTOR didn't even spark my interest until I saw the reviews.

Yeah, but I had the same excited thoughts about SW:G and it was a giant disappointment. I'll keep an eye peeled, but if I get it I'll have to either A)get an Xbox, as the PS2 online multi will likely suck ass, or B)Seriously upgrade my computer.

Seriously, I think that LucasArts is really raising the bar with their games, and not letting that former shit go to production. I also would like to think that the developers themselves are fellow star wars geeks and would be better with the material!!

Republic Commando has a Doom-esque look to it, very dark and gritty and has great uses for a flashlight. Pity the game got delayed until Q1 2005, then again, we've got more than enough good ones coming this year anyway!
