I recently moved to a new apartment, which of course entailed a new internet connection. Strangely, I cannot connect to TFP from my connection at home. TFP still works fine from my work computer, and even from my home computer when I connect to a neighbor's wireless network. But when I attempt to connect through my own router, it appears just as if tfproject.org doesn't exist. (This does not affect any other web sites or services.) It's not a DNS issue, because using the IP instead of the name doesn't do the trick. Is it possible that there is some sort of IP-range ban keeping my new connection out of TFP?

If you happened to come across the site banning an IP you would see the site, and it would tell you that you were not allowed to visit it.

I'm going to go with your DNS/Gateway servers not being updated by your ISP. If you look at your DNS servers and compare the neighbor and then your router, you should have different numbers to have the same behavior.
