				Horrible case of Dry-Eye
my mom has recently been afflicted by a horrible case of dry eye. it's gotten to the point where she can't function at work. it seems a bit beyond the doctors she's visited even. they've given her drops but there's been no immediate effect. im just checking if anyone else has had experience or family experience w/ this condition and if there are maybe non wester remedies for it. thx

| Insane Location: rural Indiana | I had a bad flare up....really had me going till I figured out it was coming from the Tylenol pm (generic version too) I was taking at night. That stuff is an antihistimine, and it was drying me all out. Now I just take it once or twice a week. The "GenTeal" eyedrops were the best wetters for me. Hope she gets better!

| A Storm Is Coming Location: The Great White North | Perhaps it's time for a new Dr.? There is a condition like this and I've seen eye drops advertised on TV to deal with the symptoms. I do think they required a perscritption. And a good Dr. would rule out other potential causes such as allergies and medications being taken.
