Need HELP
Ok... I've been talking to this chick at school for a long time. She has a boyfriends unfortunately. But always seems to be complaining about him. I don't know if I should try to convince her that I'll be better for her or just let things be. I would prefer if chicks would post.

Umm.. weren't you just posting that you have a girlfriend? The threesome thing?
So you either A) Have a girlfriend B) Have a girlfriend who wanted a threesome C) Have a girlfiend and want to cheat on her D) Are completely full of shit Sorry if I'm coming off as a bit harsh... Either way, if the girl has a boyfriend, let her be. Regardless of how much she complains about him. Would you want some guy coming along and stealing your girl away? I doubt it. Don't be one of those asshole guys.

Agreed with Averett on this one - you need to get your story straight.
Convincing a girl in a relationship that you're "better for her" than her current boyfriend is a shady business at best, and can turn downright dangerous if her boyfriend finds out and wants to punch a hole through your face. How would you feel if you and your girlfriend have a small fight and some asshole comes along and steals her from you? If she's unhappy enough to leave, she'll do it on her own. And then she'll make her own decision about who's "better for her" - you or someone else.

If someone is dating, and you re simply being charming and nice, and she falls for you, thats ok. If you tell her that her bf isa jerk and you are much better, that is not ok. Women are fickle, and they will change their mind. If you make yourself available, and make your intentions discreetly known to her, then she can make a choice. Until he puts a ring on her finger, she is fair game.

Take the chance.. If she is looking for someplace to run to she will know you want more than just friend... If she is just looking for a shoulder to cry on then she will know your not looking for that... or are you???

If you tell a girl her BF is a loser, the concept that you are better than him is implied.
Trust me when I say that trying to convince anyone the person they're dating is not worth it is bad news. I had a very good friend who I thought was making a bad decision about getting married to a girl I felt wasn't right for him. I asked him many times how certain he was about the wedding, and once they sent out the invitations I let it drop. Six months after the wedding she filed for divorce. I heard about it third hand because he hasn't talked to me in more than five years. And this is one of my male friends. I can't imagine the reaction If I had been a womand trying to convince him to date me. Bottom line -- if you want to be in the picture, let her do the drawing. Don't try to pencil yourself in. |
