Thanks to the thread started here on TFP, no less. It is a really great album, and I haven't even finished the entire thing! (On Track 10 - "October Song" right now) It is a very different sound, but pleasing nonetheless. Very well-composed. I don't think I'm gonna be able to stop complimenting this album, so I'll stop here.  Grreat!

Just got it this AM, it is a collection of his early stuff on disk 1, including some of his fan favorites, all recorded before 1976. Plus a 2nd disk with 3 songs and several interviews.

Kim Richey's CHINESE BOXES was the last one I bought. Produced by Giles Martin (son of George), it's a wonderful disc, although at 10 tracks, a bit short for my liking.
But then, I've liked all of Richey's albums so far.

Just bought "Easy Tiger" by Ryan Adams at a starbucks today; sadly. To be fair it was an impulse buy. Very solid album, best since Heartbreaker. Very good album; good if you like mello-country/folk. Very good. Sort of got a jazzy feel to it.
