Ran 10.1 KM yesterday. That's about 6.3 miles.
Thread mileage = 1876 Edit: I added Canuckguy's mileage form yesterday to the totals, but not his overall mileage as that's not my call.

I'm too lazy to continue adding my personal mileage up... that's what my running log is for and I'm not as concerned about the distance I cover on wheels.
At least 4 miles riding today, followed by 2 running. 1944 + 6 = 1950 miles

4-mile run on the track during some kind of a practice. For once, I outran everyone there. The speedsters who had whatever practice they were having called it quits after maybe a mile or less and this one fit looking lass was running the opposite direction and faster, but she stopped after 3-ish miles. She ran faster, catching me a little closer and closer to my side each time we passed one another but I did a whole extra mile at almost the same pace. That helps erase that one demoralizing time I ran there while the track team was practicing... something I'd recommend to anyone!
New total: 1966.9

This weekend was great, but whoa how time flies! I taught my visiting friend how to ride a bike and got back out on the trail with my marathon training group (first group run for me since June and only the second one this season thanks to overscheduling). I always forget to wear my GPS watch when I bike, so again with my (conservative) mileage estimates...
Friday: 5 (bike) Saturday: 9.75 (run) Sunday: 2 (bike) Monday: 2 (bike) Tuesday: 3 (run) Today: 2 (bike) 2086.6 + 23.75 = 2110.35

Rode 17.5 miles today. Lovely day in the neighborhood until I had a momentary lapse in judgment and rode into a tree. My pretty little elbow got into a scrape with the asphalt and I left about 2mm of flesh and a good deal of blood behind. Super.

Ran 10K in the 'hood after work today. Now that it's the end of summer, I'm just getting over my irrational fear of exertion during the hottest part of the day. Turns out I don't explode when I run at that time.
2395.6 + 6.2 = 2401.8

Rode 11+ miles this morning. Was staffing an aid station for my marathon training group - alone. It really sucks to need to pee for 4 hours because nature is the only place you have to do it in and you're afraid somebody is going to run off with your $300 bike. Thankfully, I seemed to make a lot of people happier with my help (mostly the cold Gatorade and water I think). That makes it all worthwhile.
2404.8 + 11 = 2415.8

Need to start being more consistent with tracking my mileage on a weekly basis, but today I rode 45 miles. So I'll start from there.

Ran 3 "easy" miles to get rid of the lactic acid in my ass, but just got more sore. Sitting is uncomfortable. Nice work, me. Today would have been better for riding, except for that intermittent drizzle and my fancy foam handlebar tape that will probably disintegrate if it gets too wet.
2817.5 + 3 = 2820.5 miles
