i HATE it when that happens.
i was at circuit city the other day shopping for printers and there wasnt any of the one i wanted on the shelf. so, i asked one of the guys there and he looked around on the shelf and said they were sold out.
lazy bastard.
i didnt believe him, so i went to one of those counters and asked teh guy to check it with the item id on the computer. ah AH! they had some in the back.
i dont think these guys care about selling products at all, since they're getting paid regardless.
