Fine, call it a delusion, a condition, a disease, a wild hair or whatever you want to label it, this guy is DANGEROUS. If he perpitrates a "crime" than the law
should be able to treat this individual as someone who has broken the law. I'm not the expert, but that's the way this conservitave thinker thinks.

A lot! I'm assuming this dude is large enough to inflict serious bodily harm to Sultana. If he gets scared off, then that's a win in my book. I'd rather avoid a confrontation altogether than take my chances with a baseball bat.
