Me too! Yoga can help a lot with this, but I think the primary culpret is poor posture. Try always to keep your pelvic girdle tilted in (opposite of pushing it out, which leads to sway back), which lengthens and stetches out the lowest back area. Contract the muscles in your lower abs like you're trying to hold your belly in while gently pulling down on the upper glutes--like you're sitting on the edge of a bar stool.
That can help quite a lot.
