Yes, the Legend of Sleepy Hallow you mention was a Disney production.
I have always wanted to drive up to Sleep Hallow here in NY which is where the whole story is set. It's a popular haunt for Halloween.
Actually I did forget this year to buy it earlier, but I did just order the other day, Mad Monster Party a production done by the same people who did Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer.
