I had cous cous made with chicken stock instead of water, and simmered garlic in the stock... so it was really garlicy... then i just tossed in some sweet peas and chopped up parsley.
(I made it again the other night, and didn't pinwheel it - i just put in in a baking dish and put it n the oven for about 15 minutes... and it was superb.)
