Even aside from the emotional content the physical sensation from a real sex orgasm is a lot greater than one from masturbation, but then you have to remember that you will have been physically exerting yourself a lot more (I would hope) during the real thing, increased heart rate etc. The other thing for me is that even with masturbation a phone sex or cybersex orgasm (as long as it's a quality exchange) can be far more physically pleasurable than a lone wank.
