personally, i always have the best orgasms from a blowjob (im talking arched back and everything, when they are terrific at it) followed by sex and then yankin it. although the last two are fairly close for me as i dont have much non rubber experience so it makes for much less of a intense build up as opposed to concentrating with your hand for 45 mins.
