) are as gilding on the lily. I avoid horseplay, confrontation etc etc and have all my life. I know I have a flashpoint and Strange Famous has experienced what I fear. My one concern is that I will not stop. You got everything going good except the bone bruise - and from my own generation-old martial art experience a good bone bruise can last many months.
