Since there is a great Windows download thread going, I figured I'd start one for the Macheads out here.
For me it has to be
MenuMeters (monitors system vitals)
QuickSilver (keyboard file\app launcher)
OnyX (gives me system control)
Temperature Monitor (keeps an eye on my temps)
