Itchy Scalp While Sweating
While I'm running I find that my head gets really itchy after I start sweating. I use hair gel but I wash it out before I start running, and I've used Finesse shampoo for as long as I can remember, and don't think I have a dry scalp, no dandruff to speak of either. Any ideas what I can do to clear this up? I'd like to think of a doctor or dermatologist as a last resort, it's nothing I can't live with.
