SFF Case Fan - Intake/Exhaust?

I have an Aspire X-QPack (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811144109) and I replaced the fan with one that has a fan controller. Anyways, I was wondering which way I should place the fan, making it either an intake or an exhaust. If it's an intake, the air will go out through the side vents at the front of the case or into those vents if the fan is an exhaust. The original case fan was setup as an exhaust. Is one way better than the other? Thanks.

Exhaust, which in conjunction with the PSU fan will bring air in through the front of the case and expel it through the back.

You want smooth airflow through the case in a steady stream. Having an intake and exhaust fan next to each other won't promote that smooth stream and will raise the temperature in your case.

This will, as a side note, create a negative pressure box. What does this mean? Not a whole lot. The air pressure inside the box will be slightly lower than the pressure inside, which will cause air to be pulled in at all the cracks and such. This is good in that it'll induce more cold air into the case, but also more dust and other such crap. Most cases are negative pressure.
