im pretty sure you can do it with premiere...
i know a buddy of mine uses premier... and he'll export frames to photoshop... edit them and then import em back into the movie clip... |
Yep premiere will do it, just make sure the timeline is zoomed in enough to see each frame .
|

>.< Ok after having my computer formatted and coming back with windows me (???!?? Im gunna kill my technician) I can no longer run Premiere..
Does anyone know a program that will run on ME? |
did you have xp before? If you replaced XP with ME alot of programs wont be working right. I would seriously upgrade to xp as soon as possible, ME was a disater, and its 5 yearss old and unsupported by microsoft. Most new video editing programs require XP it seems. The onlyt one i can find that doesnt is Ulead Videostudio. Not sure what capability it has sincei 've never used it but its fairly popualr and cheap ( only 99 bucks).

I formatted my hardrive >.< Kinda stupid. But the thing is I wont have enough cash to pay for xp for like ages cos I did go a bit over board on this computer (mainly surround sound)
... I hate microsoft |
Well XP will be cheaper than any video program that will run in ME.
XP Pro Upgrade (academic) 80 bucks http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...116-192&depa=0 |
