RSS/Atom ticker for windows?
 

I've been looking high and low for a good RSS/Atom (I want to use this to monitor my gmail so Atom support is critical) news ticker. I do NOT want a 3 pane news aggregator which is all I can seem to find.

There is lots of crap out there, but most of it is just that, crap. I've tried searching for this piece of software a number of times and always end up frustrated and empty-handed.

If anyone feels like going on a google hunt, would be great if you could find a simple rss/atom ticker for windows. Obviously, the freer the better.
