May Bill Gates rot in hell
I'll try to make it short.
My hard drive died on a networked IBM P-III at the office. I had saved a drive image. Drive Image v. 7, if it matters. I restored the drive image. XP Pro made me repair the installation, which was darn near as bad as reinstalling. I got it working again, including the network. Only bad part: My boot drive is now called E: There is no C: drive. Which wouldn't be a problem if I didn't have some software that demands to install on the C: drive. It tells me there isn't enough room. Well, duh! I have to use this software. Can anyone tell me how to get back to having a C drive without a complete reinstall? Thanks in advance. |

go into cotnrol panel, then Administrative tools, then Computer management, double click on the storage icon on the right, then double click disk management(local) on the right, Then in the rgaphic representation of the partitions at the bottom right- click on the one you want to change and select change drive letter and paths. Enjoy :D

Poor Bill Gates :D. I cursed him out plenty of times when I was running on WinME.
