The 5900 has a much higher memory speed. The OC'ed 5700 would definitely kick some ass, but I still think the 5900 would be better with its much higher memory speed. The extra 128 MB on the 5700 doesn't mean anything, by the way.

The entire videocard industry is a marketing ploy. I seriously wouldn't buy that 5700. A higher clock speed is good, but a lower memory speed is bad. It might be almost as good as the 5900, but even if it is, it's better to have a non-OC'ed card if they're the same price.
