outlook express error
 

"outlook express could not be started. The application was unable to create the font cache object. Your computer may be out of memory or your disk is full. COntact Microsoft support for further assitance. (0x8007000E, 14000)

outlook express could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be initialized. Outlook Express may not be installed correctly."

This is the error message that I am getting when I try to start OE. I just got my computer back from a major crash, and thought it was OK. But now it isnt.

Can anyone help out? I need OE for my bills and such.
