I read John Stagliano's "The Fashionistas" was pretty good and that it has won a bunch of awards. I watched it and must say the domination, chains, clamps, and vinyl don't do anything for me but the production value is surprisingly good having been shot on 35 mm with good lighting. It's kind of like watching a typical Hollywood film;horrible acting but technically sound (except there's a lot of intermittent sex).

i find all porn films starring the lovely Sylvia Saint are usually fantastic.

I am only thirty, but I like the Golden Age of Porn (70's and 80's), because the people looked like real people. Nowadays, all of the starlets look plasticized. Who can forget in Taboo 2 when Aunt Peg starts massaging Kay Parker and then the neighbor boy comes over. These are two older women who look fantastic and really sex up this boy. Today's starlets play mothers but they are too young. Devil in Miss Jones was great because they had a slightly older actress. Andrew Blake has some pretty artsy stuff, If that's what you want, but GOOD porn is pretty subjective... I bought like 20 DVDs on eBay for around $2 each including shipping, and they were all compilation sex stuff... no plot, just WHAMMO. 2. one must consider what one likes to see:

b) types of sex - mf/fmf/mfm/ff/dp/anal/orgy/objects etc...
c) xtra considerations - plot, etc; availability (buying or d/l-ing)

3. when one is familiar with porn and the stars, one can seek out films with their favorites. same goes with directors, producers etc.
