Some of those look they would taste good.
I want to take a bite.

I like the poodle/lamb/opossum critter.

All the same object, just taken from three angles it's not normally seen from.

That looks stupendous! Absolutely incredible!

*looks at pic again, jaw hits floor*

Was that taken with any filters or digitally altered? Or is that pretty much taken as is?

Either way, I am impressed! :)

mixedmedia 07-21-2011 10:58 AM

Basically it is the result of my total lack of technical knowledge about cameras back in 2007, lol. It's an underexposed sunset shot over the Gulf of Mexico in Cedar Key, FL. The colors were really rich to start with but I enhanced it with a "Beth Orton" filter which made the colors more saturated and the darks darker.

Waste not, want not. :)
I like making abstracts out of glaring errors.

mixedmedia 07-24-2011 06:01 PM

thanks folks. that one was from 2008. corkscrew sanctuary in naples. there was a glorious blue sky that day which you can see reflected in the shallow, murky, oil-stained puddle. :)

Ring, that one is really eye-catching! Where is that, if I may ask? :)

ring 07-27-2011 12:10 PM

Thanks, MMG! It's located in a tiny mid-western town. :-)
