i am looking for a tab site that has tabs for Modest Mouse songs and another site that has Nick Drake songs that are with the lyrics like this (elliott smith - Big Nothing example)

Try Tabrobot. It tells you the site and what type of tab it is. What you are looking for is "chords".

right, that's not tab, that's just a "fake sheet" chord layout.

I always go to www.olga.net first, but there are plenty of other sites.

Good site, users rate the tabs and no annoying ads or popups.

Only problem that it's sometimes is over loaded and you get sql errors.
