Your favorite Clash Song

Yes, Yes, I know that not everyone has a favorite clash song... However I do think that they are wide ranged and have songs that many people would like.

So I present my favorite clash song:

Train in Vain

Okay my second favorite song is Janie Jones and my third is Police on my back

"The Guns of Brixton". Paul Simonon's brooding bass line makes the song. And it bothers me that someone approved Cypress Hill's sampling of this.

Toughie! So many of them are so good. I prticularly like White Man in Hammersmith Palais, Janie Jones, Jail Guitar Doors, Lost in the Super Market, Rudy Can't Fail, and Spanish Bombs. Probably the first or last is my very favorite. (And yes, I realize I have just listed songs from two albums only. They're the one's I've spent a lot of time listening to.)

My favorite "bit" is the intro "This is.. a public... service... {powerchord} ANNOUNCEMENT!"

And, for those of you who didn't come across it before, consider London Booted - A tribute to the Clash, availabe for legit free download.
