Title of a silly song from the late 1980's
 

When I was driving through the Scranton-Wilkes Barre area during the late 80's, the rock station that I listened to occasionally played this silly bit, and I've never found it on Dr. Demento or similar sites: (to a polka beat)

the problem is hormonal.

Not Weird Al-not any of the other parody musicians that I've been able to locate.
