Worst "Hit" Ever
 

What do you think is the worst "hit" song ever? They are supposed to be popular, but to be honest, some just suck. I would have to sayprobably Tipsy by some rap guy who I don't know. A lot of the (not to be racist, but it's true) black girls in my school sing, well, scream, it everytime one of them mentions it, and it's really annoying. SO, what do you think is the worst?

Second vote for Macarena; that song has absolutely no redeeming value, and you have to hear it at every wedding and watch drunk people dance it poorly. Damn thing won't go away.

So hard to pick between the entire 50 cent or Jay-z catalogue...

There is way too much shitty music out right now, without even getting to all the shit that's been put out since the 50's to answer that.

I can't help myself from despising "Calling All Angels" by Train, personally.

"I love you I hate you I just can't live without you" Whatever that song is. All rap songs don't suck. ET by outkast is good. That's about it though.

I changed my vote to "Who Let The Dogs Out" as well lol. That song annoyed me so much.

Bloodhound Gang "Bad Touch" ohhh god the video makes me go insane!

Whoa, the first song I thought of when reading this thread is the Bloodhound Gang's "Firewater Burn." I remember driving around with friends when that song was on the radio all the time, and they'd turn it up and start car-dancing. It was a cringe-worthy experience. I hate that song so much, especially the radio edit where it goes "burn mother(*donkey bleat*) burn."



I also think that old "I'm Walking on Sunshine" song is pretty bad.

Macarena was terrible. I had to learn that dance in middle school, and I felt like such a fool when we were practicing it.

Good God, as I read this thread I cringed (althouth the shots at Flock of Seagulls were unfounded). I think most self-respecting individuals will have to admit that the Macarena is musical bile and I am certain that Who Let the Dogs Out is the leading cause of aural bleeding. There are far too many collections of musical crap for me to judge the worst, but I truly HATE virtually all Disco music.

Aww dammit, why'd you have to mention that. I'd completely forgotten about that piece of crap and now it's stuck in my head. Thanks a lot ;)
