I haven't heard any new grind bands but Napalm Death has always had a special place in my music collection. They are going to release "Leaders not Followers II" sometime this year.
I also liked Carcass a LOT. Too bad they broke up. Arch Enemy (with Mike Arnott) is a good replacement for Carcass. |

new grind is hard to find. i'm working on an improv grindcore project right now, it's...different, but hype and good packaging sells enough to the kids at shows to pay for it, and then the odd person that actually enjoys it gets some new grind.

Anybody into grindcore should be down with Relapse Records.
The End just put out a new cd, but they borderline on noisecore. Check out Burnt by the Sun, Luddite Clone, Ion Dissonance, Johnny Truant, Dillinger, Today is the Day, Between the Buried and Me, Halo, Dysrhythmia, Cephalic Carnage, Agoraphobic Nosebleed, and Uphill Battle, most of which are on Relapse.
