Bob Mould
One of the very first threads that I started on TFP was about Bob Mould. I've been a big fan of his for years, and if you slow down the video for Sugar's "Tilted" to a crawl, I'm in it at about 3 minutes. For those of you not in the know, Bob was in Sugar and was the creative force behind it and one of the ones behind Husker Du.
That said, he's going on a mini-tour to support his new DVD of the Last Dog and Pony Show tour, which was when he last toured fully electric. He's doing accoustic sets as a part of it, and I've already got a ticket to the Chicago show courtesy of a friend. That said, here's the announcement from his blog. Quote:

I love Bob's work... I caught Sugar in Toronto quite a few years back. It was awesome.
One of my favourite albums of his is, Husker Du's Candy Apple Grey. It was stolen a few years ago and I've yet to replace it.

I saw Sugar in Norfolk several years ago. I have never experienced a show with such energy and raw power. I like his solo stuff, but he kinda lost me with Modulate.
